Design Marks Are Here

Stencil now supports design marks.

Upload a logo or design, and Stencil will:

Auto-generate the USPTO-required description of your mark
Search your sources for specimens clearly showing your mark in use
Prepare everything for filing in the same workflow you already use

We support design marks, stylized word marks, and combination marks.

A few notes for this first release:

Review before you file. Specimen matching is a powerful head start, but always confirm each specimen is the right fit before submitting - your judgment is still the final word.
Color-claiming marks aren't supported yet (black-and-white/non-color marks only for now).
