ID Manual fill-in terms leave a blank for you to complete, such as “Remote control toys, namely,
{indicate the type of toy}
.” Until now, those blanks always came back empty, even when the answer was already in the term you entered.
Now, ID Conversion can use your wording to fill in the blank for you, so fill-in terms can be ready to use as soon as your results load.
The value comes from your own wording
Stencil reads the term you entered and looks for a value that matches the fill-in. For example, if you enter “Remote control toys, namely, boats”, the suggestion will come back as “Remote control toys, namely, boats”, with “boats” marked as the filled-in value.
If your term doesn't provide a value for the blank, it stays open with the usual ID Manual guidance, and you can complete it as before.
You stay in control
A filled-in term is never selected automatically. Check the term to include it in your filing, or click the pencil to change the suggested value. When you edit it, the text box opens with the suggested value and the ID Manual guidance underneath. The term only changes when you confirm.
Filled-in blanks are live now for everyone. Run an ID Conversion and fill-in terms in your results can now arrive with values already filled in. Blanks that your wording doesn't provide an answer for will still need your input.
