ID Conversion turns your client’s existing identification into USPTO ID Manual terms, one input term at a time. On a long list it’s easy to lose your track: which terms have you already checked, and which still need a look? Now you can mark each input term as reviewed and see at a glance what’s left.
Mark an input term as reviewed
Each input term card has a check button in its header. When you’re happy with the matches for that term, click it. The check turns green, and hovering over it shows who reviewed the term and when. Click it again to undo.
See only what still needs a look
Turn on Needs review only, next to the match filters, to hide the terms you’ve already reviewed. A progress bar shows how many you’ve reviewed so far. Mark a term reviewed in this view and it moves out of the list, with an Undo in case you clicked too soon. Once everything is reviewed, Stencil tells you so.
Your team sees the same progress
Reviews are saved with the filing, so they’re still there when you come back. Anyone you’ve shared the filing with sees which terms are done and who reviewed them.
Reviewing is optional
Marking a term reviewed doesn’t change your filing or what you can do with it. It’s there to help you keep track, not a step you have to finish before you file.
Reviewed is available now in ID Conversion. Open any ID Conversion filing and you’ll see the check on every input term card.
