Stencil Filing Assistant Improvements

Thank you to our early Filing Assistant users for your feedback! We released an update today with the following changes:

The Filing Asst. will now sit in the bottom right corner of your screen and will never auto-expand
When the FA is opened, it will push the USPTO screen content over, rather than blocking it
Larger and more visible collapse and X-out buttons to make it easier to close out
Small bug fixes
